Managing IQCP Attachments

Attachments can be added and removed from Inworks or Current IQCP records by users with the appropriate rights.

  1. From the IQCP record, click Other Actions > Manage Attachments.
  2. Click the Add Attachment link.
    Result: The Upload Files window is displayed.
  3. Enter a description of the attachment and zoom to select the file.
  4. Click Ok.
    Result: The document information is displayed in the Manage Attachments window.
  5. Enter a comment about the attachment.
  6. Click the Sign-off button.
  7. Enter your user ID and password and then click the Sign-off button.
    Result: The attachment has been added to the IQCP record.
